The Court System Facts

Your judgment may have been awarded by the court but enforcement is your responsibility. Almost 80% of all judgments are never recovered. The debtor simply ignores the judgment and order to pay completely. This leaves you, the Judgment Creditor, with no other choice but to attempt to enforce the judgment yourself.

Only about 5% of all attorneys deal with the enforcements of judgments. They usually will not take any case under a certain dollar amount and they require retainer fees upfront.
